Originally from Canada, Mekayla trained in Vancouver, focusing on scene study, voice and on-screen acting. She has a Standard American accent and is equally skilled in a variety of North American accents. Her recent voiceover commercial credits include San Pellegrino CIAO!  As well as her audiobook work, which includes narrating Your Boyfriend Needs an Exorcist by Justine Winans, as well as a role in a new audiobook by bestselling author James Patterson. Mekayla brings a natural, versatile and characterful quality to her voice work, with a particular strength in commercial, character and narrative reads.
